YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

The 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Baan Talay, Koh Tao, offers a transformative journey that combines the wisdom of ancient yoga practices with the tranquility of nature. Set in a serene eco-luxury retreat overlooking the ocean, the course includes in-depth training in asanas, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, and anatomy, guided by expert teachers Devrim Zahir, Issy Nadee, and featured trainer Maxime Ronse. With access to unique wellness facilities like an ice bath, sauna, and floatation tank, as well as authentic Southern Thai cuisine designed to complement a yogic diet, participants will cultivate inner peace, physical strength, and teaching skills. One of Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) main teachers, the owner of Baan Talay Resort & Yoga, and New Heaven Dive School, Koh Tao, Thailand. Devrim discovered yoga in 1999 through freediving, learning pranayama for breath control, which led him to yoga asanas and other limbs of yoga. Fascinated by yogic myths, he often traveled from his home in Thailand to India for formal training, completing his Teacher Training at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala in 2004. Since then, he has been teaching yoga, in 2006, was transformed by Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP), integrating its principles into his teaching, training Freediving instructors, specializing in the science of breath, and Pranayama.
